1. Entrants must be resident in the U.S. and be over the age of 18.
2. Only one application per member allowed.
3. Shapes Facebook Fan Competition Winner will be chosen at random by an independent person from Shapes Salon & Day Spa.
4. Applications can only be received by posting "I deserve a $100 pamper" on our wall and liking the official Shapes Facebook page.
5. All applications must be received by midnight on 10th September 2010.
6. The Shapes Facebook competition winner gives permission for their name and Facebook profile image to be used in winner notifications and announcements by Shapes in all medium channels, e.g. email and Facebook. If they are not happy for their profile image to be used they must supply Shapes an alternative image by emailing it to info@shapesdayspa.com by 10th September, otherwise Shapes will use the existing profile image at time of winner selection.
7. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any applications lost in data transfer.
8. The Shapes Facebook Fan Competition Winner will be notified by a Shapes employee through Facebook email by 10th September 2010.
9. Competition winners agree to abide and comply with terms and conditions displayed on the gift certificate including expiry date and services the gift certificate complies with.
10. By entering this competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
11. No cash alternative will be given for the $100 gift certificate.
12. The gift certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher at time of being redeemed.
13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Shapes Salon & Day Spa reserves the right to withdraw members from taking part in this competition.
14. Employees and their immediate families of Shapes Salon & Day Spa, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion cannot enter the competition.
